You agree to use Artivox courses, tools, and content lawfully and responsibly. You must follow applicable laws, respect others, and avoid harmful or disruptive conduct.
- No attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you do not have permission to access.
- No uploading, transmitting, or sharing malware, harmful code, or abusive content.
- No copying, reselling, or redistributing paid materials unless explicitly authorized.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed under your account, including actions by anyone you allow to access it.
Use a unique password and enable device-level security. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us and change your password promptly.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been completed. We may deny refund requests that involve fraud, abuse, or repeated refund behavior.
Prices may include taxes where required. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge the payment method you provide.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days and are evaluated against completion and access history.
4. Intellectual Property
Artivox content, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning use only, unless otherwise specified.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in ways that degrade performance, violate laws, or harm other users. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Artivox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
